Firms Complain of Interloper in Bracelet Suits

Plaintiffs' firms in Los Angeles and Chicago are complaining that a New York firm is trying to horn in on clients for potential class actions they filed against a maker of the popular bracelets.

SANTA ANA - Days after Power Balance admitted it has no scientific evidence that plastic holograms in its wristbands can increase wearers' strength, flexibility or coordination, law firms in Los Angeles and Chicago filed proposed class actions against the maker of the improbably popular bracelets.
