Former Elevator Mechanic Wins Big

Jury awards injured man $11.7 million in what's believed to be one of the biggest personal-injury verdicts in Marin County history.

A Marin County jury has returned an $11.7 million verdict in favor of a construction worker who was hurt because of substandard working conditions. It is believed to be one of the biggest personal injury verdicts in county history.
