Wal-Mart Settles With DVD Renters

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has agreed to pay between $29 million and $40 million to settle claims that it illegally conspired to divide the online DVD rental market in an agreement with Netflix Inc. in 2005.

SAN FRANCISCO - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has agreed to pay between $29 million and $40 million to settle claims it illegally conspired to divide the online DVD rental market with Netflix Inc.
