Defendants Prevail in Breach of Contract Suit

A Sacramento real estate law firm recently procured $660,000 in damages and attorneys' fees for its client, ABC Development Group, which was sued for breach of contract in September 2001.

ABC, a multifamily and single-family developer in based Sacramento, was named as the defendant in a suit brought by SBA Development, also known as Royal Construction, a longtime Sacramento business.
