Wal-Mart Will Try (Again) to Block Class Action

The Impact Fund's Brad Seligman and Gibson Dunn's Theodore Boutrous face off again. Boutrous will, for the second time, try to convince the 9th Circuit to reject certifying a class action filed against his client Wal-Mart, which accuses the retail giant of underpaying and underpromoting female workers.
