Rubber-Bullet Fight Ends in Settlement

LOS ANGELES - The city of Los Angeles will pay $60,000 to settle a case brought by seven journalists who claimed police officers violated their civil rights by clubbing and shooting them with rubber bullets while trying to disperse a crowd during last year's Democratic National Convention.
