Court Will Hear International Patent Case Against Microsoft

WASHINGTON - In a case that could have considerable ramifications for the software industry, the U.S. Supreme Court announced Friday that it will decide whether Microsoft Corp. can be held liable for patent infringement that occurred on computers made and sold overseas.
