WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Wednesday seemed inclined to reverse a high-profile ruling from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that overturned a San Jose murder conviction because family members of the victim attended the trial wearing large buttons that displayed the dead man's photograph.
