Wilson Sonsini wins discovery battle for HP

Plaintiffs in a shareholder lawsuit against Hewlett-Packard Co. will not be able to see Covington & Burling LLP's report on the allegations of improper behavior by then-Chairman Mark Hurd, the Delaware Supreme Court has ruled.
