Justices to review discrimination suit

The state Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to decide whether an employee could be barred from suing for discrimination because he used a fake Social Security card to get a job.

The state Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to decide whether an employee could be barred from suing for disability discrimination because he used a fake Social Security card to get a job.

Plaintiff Vicente Salas sued Sierra Chemical Co. claiming he was fired after hurting his back on the job, which involved filling containers with chemicals used for treating water.
