Jamacha Glen apartments net $3.9 million

The buyer of the affordable housing complex was Jamacha Glen L.P., a unit of Foster Hamilton Affordable Housing of Bonita.

The 52-unit Jamacha Glen Apartments at 8890 Jamacha Road in Spring Valley sold for $3.9 million, or $75,000 per unit, reported the CoStar Group, a commercial real estate information company.

The buyer of the affordable housing complex was Jamacha Glen L.P., a unit of Foster Hamilton Affordable Housing of Bonita.

The seller was Jamacha Road Family Housing L.P., by the Foundation for Affordable Housing II Inc., with Thomas Willard as its president.
