Rental rates for single-family homes in San Diego are growing at the ninth fastest clip in the nation, according to a new HomeUnion report.
The real estate investment management firm found Seattle to have the fastest growing market with a year-over-year rent increase of 6.7 percent to $2,220 a month.
San Diego's rent jumped up 4 percent, year-over-year, to $2,520 a month.
