National City warehouse, office sold for $3.4 million

"It's rare to find a single-story, freestanding flex property with above-average parking in National City," said Mark Lewkowitz, a Colliers International associate vice president.

A 12,468-square-foot office and warehouse property in National City has been sold for $3.35 million.

The buyer was a unit of San Diego-based Analog Properties.

The seller of the property at 101 East 30th Street was 30th & A, LLC.

Mark Lewkowitz and Chris Holder of Colliers International's San Diego region represented the seller.
