Constructed in 1984, the campus-style office park comprises two buildings, totaling 49,271 square feet, at 9775 Businesspark Avenue and 10021 Willow Creek Road.
The buyers were Joseph and Firouzeh Kashani of San Diego.
The seller was a unit of Highbrook Property Investors, which purchased the complex as part of a five-building transaction in 2014.
