The Blessings of Liberty

Forum Column - By Harold Johnson - What if a city charged Democrats, but not Republicans, to use a city facility? That might sound far-fetched, but it is not too different from the ideological discrimination that the city of Berkeley is practicing at its marina. The city has singled out the Sea Scouts - but no other nonprofits - for an access fee because of the Sea Scouts' "incorrect" views and associations.
