You'd think closing a 40,000-square-foot, 10-year lease valued at $16 million in West Los Angeles' Westwood Center during the traditionally slow third quarter in a tough economy would be enough. But now, thanks to a promotional contest held by Arden Realty , Hunt Barnett, senior managing director at Insignia/ESG, and Blake Mirkin, senior vice president as CB Richard Ellis, are sharing an extra $100,000 because of the deal.
