Troubled Insurer Pays for Bolstering the Bottom Line

San Francisco attorney Arnold Levinson scored the largest-ever verdict in Marin County Superior Court last month. Levinson of Pillsbury & Levinson represented a Novato eye surgeon who won $31.7 million in a breach of contract and bad-faith lawsuit against embattled disability insurer UnumProvident Corp.
