Judge Moves Anti-Logging Pepper-Spray Suit to Eureka

SAN FRANCISCO - A retrial of a police brutality lawsuit against Humboldt County officials stemming from an infamous incident in which pepper spray was swabbed in protesters' eyes will be held May 12 in Eureka, U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker ordered Thursday.
