Justices Grapple With Drug-Discount Case

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court justices on Wednesday struggled over how to resolve a challenge by drug manufacturers to a Maine law that requires companies that offer discount prescription drugs for the poor under the Medicaid program to extend such discounts to all state residents who lack health insurance.
