High Court Sidesteps Evidence Ruling
WASHINGTON -Sidestepping a major ruling in an employment-discrimination case, the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to take a firm stance on whether trial judges should allow an individual plaintiff to present testimony from other workers who claim discrimination by the same employer.
