Arbitration for Workers to Get Hearing

The U.S. Supreme Court announced Tuesday it will hear an arbitration case to decide whether an employer and a union, through a collective bargaining agreement, can require employees to settle discrimination claims in front of an arbitrator rather than taking their cases to court.
