Arbitration for Workers to Get Hearing
The U.S. Supreme Court announced Tuesday it will hear an arbitration case to decide whether an employer and a union, through a collective bargaining agreement, can require employees to settle discrimination claims in front of an arbitrator rather than taking their cases to court.




The federal appeals courts are divided over whether such arbitration agreements are enforceable.
