Dental Suit Declared a SLAPP

SAN FRANCISCO - Consumers trying to force dental associations to warn patients of the alleged dangers of mercury-laden fillings suffered a setback Thursday when a state appeal court declared the effort to be a SLAPP suit and tossed the case out of court.
