Kuhl's Comments 'Astonish' Former Colleague

LOS ANGELES - A former colleague of Carolyn Kuhl, the Los Angeles judge nominated for a spot on the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, says he was "astonished" to hear her recant the position she put forward in a 1982 brief supporting Bob Jones University.
