Heritage Fields Forever

With a flurry of green, brown and white balloons dropping from the ceiling, officials from the U.S. government, the city of Irvine and the brokerage firm Colliers Seeley International revealed the marketing name for the disposition of the former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, Orange County's largest land sale in three decades.
