En banc panel affirms that Potash price-fixing suit can go forward

Sitting en banc, the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday to affirm a district court's order denying a motion to dismiss a price-fixing case involving potash, the potassium-rich mineral and chemical salts used in fertilizers.
