Bar recommends disbarment for attorney

The lawyer who told evicted homeowners to break back into their foreclosed houses should be disbarred, the State Bar Court ruled in a decision released Thursday.

The lawyer who told evicted homeowners to break back into their foreclosed houses should be disbarred, the State Bar Court ruled in a decision released Thursday.
