IDW signs accord with Playster to share comics

The newly unveiled deal will introduce hundreds of classic, independent comics and popular bestsellers to Playster's platform, including G.I. Joe, Ghostbusters, Godzilla, Jurassic Park, My Little Pony, Star Trek and Transformers.

IDW Publishing signed an accord with Montreal-based Playster to add hundreds of bestselling comic books and graphic novels to its media catalog.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IDW is a San Diego-based publisher of comic books, graphic novels and trade paperbacks.
