Escondido retail center fetches $1.9 million

Matt Belshin, of Waterman Investments, and commercial broker Bill Morgan represented the buyer. Austin Dias and Scott Duhs of Duhs Commercial represented the seller.

An 8,694-square-foot shopping center at 426 West 2nd Avenue in Escondido was sold for $1.9 million.

The buyer was the William and Helen Taylor Trust.

The sellers were the Tom Family Trust and Golden Meadows Investments, LLC.
