Chuze Fitness adds a new Denver location

Chuze Fitness launched in Carlsbad in 2008. Family owned and operated, it offers a full range of workout and training equipment as well several types of studio fitness classes.

Carlsbad-based Chuze Fitness plans to open a new 54,600-square-foot health club in Denver.

The new facility will serve as the new anchor for the Villa Monaco shopping center, helping replace a former Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Chuze Fitness was represented in the transaction by Chad Iafrate with Cushman & Wakefield's Carlsbad office.
