Writer Misrepresents ACLU's Double Standard on Rights
Letter to Editor - Stephen F. Rohde objects to John Stewart's criticism of the ACLU for undermining traditional American values, "ACLU Is There When Rights Are Threatened," (Daily Journal, Aug. 7), claiming that the ACLU protects the constitutional rights of "all" Americans and that some day Stewart may be grateful for the ACLU "when his constitutional rights are in jeopardy [because] the ACLU will be there to defend him."
