We Don't Need More Sex Offender Laws
The current sex offender residence restriction laws, policies and ordinances should be recognized as a well-intentioned failure, and in the interest of making California communities safer from sexual predators, be repealed, writes Jeffrey A. The recent tragedy involving Chelsea King will bring about the usual call for strict new laws involving the registration and housing of registered sex offenders.
