Ireland Report Parallels Southland, U.S. Legal Puzzles

But the distance shrank dramatically for me as I read Sir John Stevens' summary of his official report into collusion between the British army and Northern Ireland police with Protestant terrorists to murder Roman Catholics in Northern Ireland's sectarian war.
