Judge Rethinks Area 51 Decision

SAN FRANCISCO - As if the military's super-secret Area 51 in the Nevada desert wasn't weird enough, now a federal appellate judge who saw a History Channel documentary on Area 51 wrote Monday that he's having second thoughts about the fairness of keeping secret the details about chemicals burned there.
