McCuen Properties, which owns the site at 925 Del Paso Blvd., redeveloped the former Blue Diamond warehouse into a one-story office building with metal sculptures and ceramic mosaics on exterior walls. The company also installed painted metal sculptures of whimsical animals inside the building.
