Chipotle Counters Violate ADA

Chipotle restaurants' tall counters deny customers in wheelchairs the full "Chipotle experience," violating the Americans with Disabilies Act, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday.

The tall counters at Chipotle restaurants that can block the view of patrons in wheelchairs violate the Americans with Disabilities Act, denying them the full "Chipotle experience," according to an opinion Monday by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
