LOS ANGELES - Concerned that national health care reform may not deliver on its promise of relieving overcrowded public hospitals, the County Board of Supervisors passed a motion Tuesday to look into adding 150 beds to the perennially overcrowded Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center.
