iPhone Claims Certified, Mostly

A San Jose federal judge has certified a class action against Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility, LLC for antitrust violations.

A San Jose federal judge has certified a class action against Apple Inc. and AT&T Mobility, LLC for antitrust violations because buyers of the popular iPhone never were told they could not switch carriers for as many as five years - even if they paid a termination fee - because of a revenue-sharing agreement between the companies.
