SAN FRANCISCO - A San Francisco plaintiffs firm that saw its more than $1 billion verdict against Bank of America evaporate at the California Supreme Court last year will have a second shot at proving the bank illegally seized money from customers living on Social Security.
The 1st District Court of Appeal denied the bank's request to put a stop to the litigation late Tuesday.
