Plaintiffs Notch Win in 'Don't Ask' Trial

A U.S. judge brushed back attempts by the Justice Department to block witnesses and experts seeking to testify against a ban on gays and lesbians openly serving in the military.

RIVERSIDE - A U.S. judge has ruled gay Republicans can present a panoply of experts, witnesses and documents in an effort to force the federal government to end its controversial ban on gays and lesbians openly serving in the military.
