For the second time in less than a month, UCLA School of Law's Eugene Volokh has scored a free speech win before the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.


A circuit panel on Friday reversed a Nevada district judge and held that it was unconstitutional compelled speech for a public elementary school to require students to wear uniform T-shirts displaying the motto, "Tomorrow's Leaders." <...
