Federal laws no solution to mass shootings

This has been suggested as a way to combat gun violence -- but it fails to take into account the ramifications of federalizing all gun crimes. By Joseph Sorrentino

The recent shootings at a shopping mall in Maryland once again stir debate on how to combat gun violence. On several occasions during the past year, Bill O'Reilly of Fox News has put forth his solution to the problem. His three mega-best-selling books were exhaustively researched and meticulously measured, but his plan to reduce shootings does not reflect the same depth of analysis.
