High court takes up labeling dispute over fruit drink

The U.S. Supreme Court decided Friday that it would hear a labeling dispute between beverage company POM Wonderful LLC and The Coca-Cola Company over a pomegranate- and blueberry-flavored drink made up of apple and grape juices.

The U.S. Supreme Court decided Friday that it would hear a labeling dispute between beverage company POM Wonderful LLC and The Coca-Cola Company over a pomegranate- and blueberry-flavored drink made up of apple and grape juices.
