Plaintiffs’ attorneys deluge defendants with arbitration cases
By amassing a large group of plaintiffs and class members ahead of time, plaintiffs' lawyers hope to inundate employers with individual claims for arbitration, driving up the amount of money and time spent on the proceedings.

On a single day, Richard E. Donahoo and his colleagues demanded individual arbitration on behalf of 277 clients, all of whom had worked at 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc.
