Futures commission lays out vision for court of tomorrow

After a three-year series of working group meetings, public hearings, surveys, and targeted outreach, the Commission on the Future of California's Court System has completed its report looking toward the shape of things to come in technology, civil and criminal cases, family and juvenile law, and the courts' fiscal and administrative operations.
