Virtua High Growth Fund, a unit of San Diego's Virtua Partners and Virtua Capital Management, completed the sale last week of its interest in Patchen Oaks Apartments in Lexington, Ky.
In March 2016, Virtua purchased a minority interest in the 192-unit complex. The fund received a 317-percent return on its investment following the recent sale of the property.
