Towers at Bressi Ranch office sold for $1.2 million

Sethi Management, a hotel, retail, and restaurant management company, will use the space for corporate offices.

A 3,474-square-foot office building in the Towers at Bressi Ranch has been sold for $1.225 million.

Sethi Management, a hotel, retail, and restaurant management company, will use the space for corporate offices. The freestanding office was purchased by the Sethi Family.

The seller was Rushell & McGeever Family, L.P. Colliers International's Amy McNamara and Marc Posthumus represented the buyer.
