San Luis Rey Crossing sold for $3.8 million

Built in 2010, the San Luis Rey Crossing shopping center in Oceanside is fully occupied by Starbucks, Little Caesars, Jersey Mike's, and Alberto's Mexican Food.

The San Luis Rey Crossing shopping center at 4904 North River Road, Oceanside 92057, was sold for $3.78 million.

The buyer was Woodstock Properties LLC, a California limited liability company registered in Santa Rosa.

The seller of the property (assessor's parcel 157-040-45) was North River Investments LLC, for Dillon Development of San Diego.

Built in 2010, the center is fully occupied by Starbucks, Little Caesars, Jersey Mike's, and Alberto's Mexican Food.
