CREJ Staff Report BNT Properties purchased an entire city block at 24th and M streets in downtown Bakersfield from White and H Partners for $1.33 million. The purchase by BNT representes the first portion of a multipart transaction that will include dividing the property and selling pads to users. The transactons will provide for the completer redevelopment of one of the few remaining city blocks in Bakersfield's centeral business district.
