Jurist Gives People a Chance

SAN PEDRO - Commissioner Beverly Mosley remembered Calvin as a respectful, sweet boy. He had been a student in Mosley's sixth-grade class at Woodcrest Elementary School in Los Angeles - the type of kid who spent more time flirting with the girls than doing his homework.
