SAN FRANCISCO - A big win for labor unions last year at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is in jeopardy as the circuit prepares to review the decision at an en banc session March 22.
A circuit panel voted 2-1 in August that Southern California grocery chains broke antitrust laws when they agreed to share profits to force a quick end to a strike by unionized store employees.
